Job Description

  • Perform preventative maintenance of all mechanical/electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness of hotel grounds.
  • Assist with hotel security to minimize risk of theft, crime and other hazards.
  • Follow property maintenance procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC , plumbing and electrical systems..
  • Physical stamina and dexterity.
  • Taking care of parking lot and complete property in general.
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop.
  • Take care of lawn and other exterior areas .
  • Take care of the pool .

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
