Candlewood Suits in Oak Harbor, WA and Best Western Plus our sister hotel, next door is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our award-winning team!
CURRENTLY HIRING FOR SEASONAL HELP - PART - TIME
- Eventual Full - time during the High Season
- Weekends and holidays required
Hotel Experience is REQUIRED. We do provide on-line training through our educational program with our Franchise IHG /BWP at no cost to the right candidate.
Responsibilities

*Checking guests in and out (Opera Property Management System - PMS) *Knows room locations, types of rooms available and room rates *Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments *Registers arriving guests and assigns rooms *Communicating with guests in regard to reservations *Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department *Able to sell rooms/rate and promote the services of the hotel *Helps resolve guest issues in a timely manner *Performs other duties as assigned
