Executive Housekeeping Manager - Best Western Plus Rio Grande Inn

Executive Housekeeping Manager with previous hotel cleaning experience preferred. Must be detail oriented in a fast-paced environment and available to work weekends and holidays. Full time employment available and required for Housekeeping Management. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

The Executive Housekeeping position will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:

• Manage the Housekeeping Department team with a positive attitude.
• Provide exceptional service, cleanliness, and organization at all times.
• Responsible for inventory stocking, ordering, and tracking.
• Have an eye for detail to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience.
• Lifting heavy objects and assist in cleaning rooms is required.
• Delegate all the housekeeping staff tasks and scheduling.
• Be able to assist in laundry with washing, sorting, folding, stocking, inventory, stain treatment and maintain quality linens at all times.
• Inspect all rooms for quality assurance.
• Help clean guest rooms by making beds, vacuuming, disposing of trash, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, restocking guest amenities, dusting, and reporting any repairs or supply replacements that are needed.
• Make sure all housekeepers have fully stocked carts, supply products and keep them available at all times.
