Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry- Respond to maintenance requests from guests. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment- Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Helping other departments as needed.
