As a Server at the Tree House Restaurant / Coopers Bar & Grill, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Located in beautiful Mount Shasta, this position is essential in ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly service and efficient food delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Heartland Point-of-Sale system.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure timely delivery of meals to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly using the cash register.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food service.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Support team members in achieving overall restaurant goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience using a cash register.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic culinary knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha or Heartland is beneficial.
