Job Title: Airport Hotel Shuttle Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Airport Shuttle Driver to transport passengers safely and efficiently between the airport, hotels, and other designated locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a thorough knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate shuttle vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport passengers between the airport, hotels, parking areas, and other locations as required.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage.
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering passenger inquiries and ensuring a comfortable ride.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean and well-presented shuttle vehicle.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger counts as required.
• Follow schedules and ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record with no recent major violations.
• Previous experience as a shuttle driver, bus driver, or in a similar transportation role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage as needed.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with GPS systems and local routes.
