We are looking for an individual that is flexible and can work schedules including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Guest Services : Register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests.
- Reservations : Handle same-day and future reservations, and understand cancellation procedures.
- Coordination : Update room status with housekeeping and coordinate maintenance with engineering.
- Sales : Use persuasive techniques to sell rooms and promote hotel services.
- Daily Operations : Stay informed about daily activities and meetings in the hotel.
- Issue Resolution : Manage and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Financial Transactions : Process check-outs and handle monetary transactions securely.
- Staff Management : Oversee front desk agents, assist with scheduling, and train new employees.
- Policy Adherence : Ensure all front desk policies and procedures are followed.
