Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and route phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments to ensure efficient time management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) to complete various office tasks and ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and maintain the breakfast area, including restocking food items, cleaning equipment, and ensuring the area meets hygiene standards.
- Oversee laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding linens, and ensuring timely availability for guest use.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support office management by assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as required.
