Duties
- Supervise front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and lead front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette and hotel management systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
- Monitor front desk inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
Experience
- Proven experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is highly desirable.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of night audit processes is beneficial but not required.
