Hotel Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be the first point of contact for our guests.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
• Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and hospitality management principles.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
