We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Hotel Front Desk Agent. This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time work on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays, 7 AM - 3 PM) in the hospitality industry. Experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following proper procedures and protocols
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with reservations, including making changes and cancellations as needed
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and professional operation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
