Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Fabricate and install various fixtures and equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Provide excellent customer service to residents or tenants by addressing their maintenance concerns promptly and effectively.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Proficient in various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for tracking and documenting maintenance activities.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with residents or tenants.
