We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with floor care tasks as needed, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Provide excellent hospitality by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
