Seasonal Houseman Job Summary
We are seeking a seasonal part time houseman to join our team. The houseman will provide general cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for our hotel. The houseman will ensure the property is kept in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
Houseman Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the property.
- Perform minor repairs such as fix leaky faucets, replace light bulbs, etc.
- Ensure all facility areas are clean and safe for residents and visitors
- Maintain facility grounds, including mowing, pruning, and weeding
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as cleaning products, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Assist with all other duties as assigned.
Houseman Requirements and Qualifications
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently without supervision.
