Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
* Assist with minor painting and touch-ups as needed
* Perform small landscaping tasks to keep outdoor areas tidy
* Handle general maintenance duties as assigned
* Respond to guest and staff requests in a timely manner
* Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and organized
Requirements:
✔Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
✔ Previous housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred but not required
✔ Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
