Bestcare Inc. is an established Home Health Care Agency and DOH Approved CDPAP Sub-Contractor/Facilitator to the appointed single statewide CDPAP FI, Public Partnerships LLC (PPL). We are seeking multiple Experienced Bilingual CDPAP Administrative Support Assistants (English/Russian, English/Cantonese/Mandarin English/Spanish ) who will be responsible for assisting CDPAP Consumers and their Personal Assistants with program enrollment and their ongoing support needs over the phone and online.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and assist CDPAP Consumers and their Personal Assistants with the enrollment process.
- Troubleshoot and follow up on enrollment/application processing issues
- Provide education on CDPAP eligibility for prospective Consumers and Personal Assistants.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to CDPAP Consumers and their Personal Assistants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience providing administrative support to CDPAP Consumers and their Personal Assistants
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Bilingual English/Russian, English/Cantonese/Mandarin English/Spanish
- Proficient in the use of computerized systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare (preferred).
