Cleared Technical Writer :
Make a significant impact on the DoD / Intel community by contributing to a growing cyber operation activity. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, and Intel Analysts, leveraging your technical writing expertise to support critical missions. The team conducts comprehensive vulnerability assessments of weapon systems, delivering actionable mitigation strategies and technical recommendations to safeguard systems against evolving cyber threats. Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in Technical Writing with a High School diploma or 4 years of experience in Technical Writing with a bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Experienced in the latest release of Microsoft Office (or equivalent) products.
- Ability to capture and manage up-to-date notes and records of project developments by attending meetings, reviewing documentation, and tracking email traffic associated with the project.
- Skilled at absorbing and synthesizing large quantities of engineering or technical information and summarizing technical data for functional teams and Government leadership.
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams to identify documentation repositories, support revisions, and determine solutions for managing modified and historical project artifacts.
- Proficient in collaborating with mission delivery departments and engineering teams to vet and define project requirements through verbal and online interactions.
- Ability to read and interpret system engineering drawings and specifications, as well as modifying them as needed.
- Experienced in entering technical studies, metadata, and data into relational databases.
- Adept at uploading content to websites using COTS web authoring tools and integrating graphics into documents with COTS tools.
- Required Security Clearance : Active TS / SCI with Poly
