Position: Registered Nurse Manager - Intensive Care Unit - Mixed Shifts
Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)
Location: Panama City-FL
Base Salary: $95,000 to $105,000 Best-in-class benefits
Job Description:
*The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department.
*The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
Skills and Certifications:
*Must have successfully completed an accredited RN program.
*Must have a valid RN license in the State of Florida or COMPACT nursing state.
*Must have 3 years of Recent Acute Care leadership experience as a Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manage
*BLS and ACLS required upon hire
Candidate Details:
*2 to 5 years experience
*Seniority Level - Mid-Senior
*Minimum Education - Associate's Degree
