Job Summary :

The Territory Head for the East Coast, US in the Medical Devices Vertical will lead the strategic direction and expansion of a $20M portfolio. This individual will play a pivotal role in growing clients footprint in the medical devices industry, leading a sales team and managing high-level client relationships. Reporting directly to the Sales Head for the Medical Devices Vertical , the Territory Head will drive revenue growth and ensure the delivery of world-class engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and grow a $20M portfolio across the East Coast , with a focus on increasing revenue in the medical devices sector.
• Lead and manage a sales team of 3-4 professionals , providing mentorship and driving performance to meet territory goals.
• Build and execute territory-specific strategies targeting areas such as surgical devices, diagnostics, imaging , and digital healthcare .
• Identify new opportunities, cultivate existing accounts, and drive business development efforts across the med-tech landscape.
• Establish and maintain C-level relationships with key stakeholders, promoting clients solutions in areas like product design, regulatory compliance, digital engineering , and connected healthcare .
• Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and delivery teams to deliver customized solutions to clients in the medical devices vertical.
• Drive commercial negotiations and manage contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with client expectations.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes , and technological advancements within the medical devices industry.
• Develop data-driven sales strategies and regularly report on performance metrics and pipeline status to senior leadership.
