This Associate Project Manager role is responsible for expediting project tasks, managing project logistics, conducting inspections, and overseeing project management activities on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, project planning, and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and installation practices.
- Lead preconstruction management efforts, including drafting, scheduling, procurement, and client management.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
- Review and approve specifications, shop drawings, and submittals to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate mock-ups and oversee production to deliver high-quality products.
- Monitor project timelines and provide resolutions to mitigate delays.
- Ensure project goals are met within the contracted timeframe.
Requirements
