BestMind Behavioral Health is looking for a highly motivated, self starter, attentive, collaborative leader to serve as our Office Manager and oversee our team of patient support specialists at our two locations in Portland and Clackamas.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative needs of the BestMind Behavioral Health facilities are met, including: compliance and health records
- Assess administrative needs of operations by working closely with our Medical Directors, Bestmind Practice Manager and Executive Leadership team
- Develop protocols in conjunction with clinicians to help support clinical operations
- Screen, hire, and oversee onboarding of new employees, ensuring comprehensive and accurate training with the BestMind Behavioral Health mission always at the forefront
- Determine ways to achieve clinic goals and be able to provide suggestions as to how the team can improve
- Provide leadership to the team, ensuring team members are competent and are engaged in their work, completing assigned tasks on-time while still providing exceptional work
Management Responsibilities:
This position is accountable for the full range of management responsibilities, including hiring, coaching, behavioral action, training and termination
Required:
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Two or more years office leadership experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Associate’s degree preferred
