About the Role:
As our Content Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our visual storytelling. You'll plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos, design compelling graphics, and develop engaging content strategies that resonate with our target audience. This is a chance to own the brand design guidelines, creative vision and execution for brand campaigns and product launches, photo and video shoot storyboarding and direction, and much more! You'll have a direct impact on how we showcase our brands and connect with our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Visual Storytelling: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos that capture the essence of our brands and products.
- Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, and advertisements.
- Content Strategy: Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas that align with our marketing and business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on content performance, using data to optimize future strategies.
What You'll Need:
- 3 years of proven experience in photography, videography, and graphic design with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A creative, detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- A passion for the automotive aftermarket and outdoor lifestyle.
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of 3D and motion graphics.
- Experience working with influencers or managing partnerships.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
