About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Team Lead to spearhead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams by assisting marketing specialists, web coordinators, content specialists and event managers in executing deliverables on time and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to optimize marketing performance and support business objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Strategy and Deployment: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and execute digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business priorities. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to measure success and optimize future campaigns.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and marketing analytics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, NetSuite, Big Commerce, Hootsuite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Bonus Points:
- Passion for the automotive aftermarket a plus!
- Experience working with influencers and managing partnerships.
- Marketing experience in both the B2B and B2C channels.
