Hours : This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Shifts are 8 hours and hours range from 7 : 00am - 4 : 30 pm after training. Overtime may be needed on weekends and evenings in the peak season.
Pay : $17.00 / hour - We offer higher rates of pay for bilingual Spanish speakers.
Job description :
The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. This includes :
- Providing information to customers for warranty claim orders, order status, and product knowledge requests.
- Processing customer orders, changes, and returns
