What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director of Housing position at Beta Theta Pi?
The Fraternity is actively seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Associate Director of Housing. Beta Theta Pi’s Housing department is dedicated to creating a sense of home at every Beta Theta Pi chapter house.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support the overall efforts and initiatives of the Administrative Office.
- Assist the Director of Housing in facilitating the management and upkeep of GFHC-owned and managed properties.
- Assist the Director of Housing in the management and upkeep of the Billhighway Platinum program.
- Serve as a point of contact for owned and managed properties across Beta’s Broad Domain
- Assist in the creation and execution of constituent-centered Housing support programs for the Fraternity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
- Two years professional work experience related to project management. (Preferably experience in construction and/or property management.)
- Experience working with remote property management companies, remote/offsite employees and campus professionals.
- Ability to drive results in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Membership in a fraternity or sorority is preferred
