We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 3rd Shift Resident Assistant to join our team at the Kings Island Housing Facility. The ideal candidate will provide support and assistance to residents during the overnight hours, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the safety and security of the facility during the overnight shift.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure the well-being of all residents.
- Assist with basic housekeeping tasks and maintain cleanliness in common areas.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents as needed.
- Document and report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work the overnight shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. (We will discuss when interviewing)
