OVERVIEW:
Project coordinators work to assist project managers teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trackers: Prepare and maintain project trackers as directed by management team. Issue Executive Summaries to managers, as required.
- Permits: Track building permits/permit packages. Maintain records of permit applications, permit numbers and permit expiration dates. Alert managers 30 days prior to permit expirations.
- Close-Out Packages: Working with managers and foremen, prepare project closeout packages. Upon review and approval of manager, submit to client within the allotted timeframe.
- Writes, types, or enters information into computer to prepare correspondence, statements, or other documents, and copying information from one record to another.
- Files correspondence and other records.
- Copies or scans data and compiles records and reports.
- Orders office supply items or merchandise for office.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge of tower site requirements and specifications.
- Knowledge in site development processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Skilled in courteous, professional written and oral communication.
- Ability to complete work effectively with little or no direction.
- Ability to communicate and interact with co-workers and various business contacts in a courteous, professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of industry related experience in similar role (required).
- Previous experience working with project trackers, change orders, close out packages and construction drawings (required)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (required).
- High attention to detail with ability to organize and prioritize tasks and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook (required).
