We are a furniture and demountable wall product installation company, seeking a Project Coordinator at our Nashville, TN location. This person would work Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend.
This is a salaried position
In this role, the Project Coordinator is responsible for the following tasks:
- gather information for upcoming and current projects
- assist with scheduling field personnel
-assist with managing warehouse and receiving.
-communicating with customers and field employees
-supporting the Director of Operations with project information
-reviewing paperwork submitted by Project Managers to ensure accuracy
-compiling information that will be given to installers that they use to complete daily/weekly projects
-process paperwork and information at conclusion of projects as well as during projects
-acting as a back-up for other administrative functions within the office
-working as a team with the Receiving Department, Scheduling Department, Admin Department, Warehouse Department, Project Managers, and Installation Crews.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
