Job Description : Agile Coach
Location : Bay Area, CA (Local candidates only)
Duration : Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
SAFe Implementation :
Collaborate with Vegetation and leadership to implement SAFe practices within the portfolio.
Guide leaders and teams in aligning with SAFe principles and practices.
Training and Enablement :
Train stakeholders and leaders in SAFe methodologies.
Facilitate workshops to build SAFe knowledge and readiness.
ART Launch and Training :
Assist teams in launching their first Agile Release Train (ART).
Provide training to ART teams and support their journey to operational excellence.
Team Coaching and Facilitation :
Coach teams on Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.
Support teams in continuous improvement and assist in removing impediments.
ART Rollout Planning :
Develop and execute plans for future ART rollouts.
Ensure seamless scaling and alignment with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Communication :
Present SAFe plans, vision, and value to stakeholders.
Build trust and drive collaboration across teams and leadership.
