Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Production Specialist to join our team at Betco Corporation, LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality products in a safe, clean, and efficient manner while meeting daily schedules and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the company's safety philosophy and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment by informing the Team Lead or Safety Committee member of any potential unsafe situations.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality systems to ensure quality is built into every product.
- Proactively identify and address process and quality issues to the Team lead.
- Participate in Safety Committee meetings and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping in assigned work areas.
- Complete all paperwork as required.
- Strive to hit productivity targets for assigned areas to meet customer expectations.
- Work with Team Leads to improve efficiencies and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Degree or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
- Some computer skills.
