We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information about products, order status, and shipping details.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely entry into the system and coordination with the warehouse for fulfillment.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our carbide tooling products and their applications to provide informed support to customers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback in the ERP system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient order fulfillment.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
- Promote Products: Educate customers on new products, promotions, and services to enhance their experience and drive sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
