In collaboration with the Manager of Site Maintenance and Site Supervisor, the Utility Maintenance Staff will oversee and manage the ongoing maintenance needs of all Agency facilities.Job Description:

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, days
Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:
Performs maintenance, carpentry, painting and other facilities functions as well as occasional snow removal and landscaping duties as directed.
Report to Supervisor all physical plant or equipment needs.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs as directed.
Must have current valid driver’s license.
Occasional on-call responsibilities.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
Demonstrated ability to relate to a substance abuse treatment population.
