- Provide personalized recommendations for destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Itinerary Planning:
- Locate detailed and customized travel itineraries based on guest preferences and requirements.
- Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Booking and Reservations:
- Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
- Ensure accuracy in reservations, confirmations, and travel documents.
- Budget Management:
- Work within clients' specified budgets to create cost-effective travel plans.
- Provide transparent cost breakdowns and options for clients to make informed decisions.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
