SUMMARY:
The Children’s Mobile Intervention Services (CMIS) Clinical Supervisor oversees staff, which includes a team of Intervention Specialists, Mental Health Case Managers and a Family Support Partner to ensure that quality services are being delivered by staff in compliance with program timelines and clinical guidelines. The Clinical Team Supervisor ensures that supervisees have received necessary training. He/she will monitor compliance with agency policies and procedures. The Clinical Team Supervisor is involved in program development and will ensure positive interagency communication is maintained. The Clinical Team Supervisor will develop positive relationships with staff members and outside agencies.
Qualifications
Overview:
Educational Requirements: Master’s Degree in Arts/Science with clinical practicum through graduate level program
Active Licensure through state of PA as Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (with clinical social work degree), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (with experience treating children/adolescents), or Licensed Psychologist, is required.
Experience: 2 years post Master’s degree providing clinical treatment services to children and adolescents
2 years’ experience providing clinical supervision in a child/adolescent services agency
Training and experience providing at least one model of evidence-based treatment
Location: Reed Street
Salary: $70,350 per year and a $3000 Sign-on bonus
Schedule: Monday through Friday in-office, day shift but can go into evening hours depending on clients availability
Travel Reimbursement: .65 cents off every mile
