Description
The Clinical Transition and Stabilization Services (CTSS) Clinical Supervisor oversees the Therapists and Mental Health Workers in the Clinical Transition and Stabilization Services Program and the cases assigned to them. The Supervisor will oversee the clinician’s cases and casework with children/youth to ensure that quality services are being delivered by staff. CTSS Clinical Supervisor is responsible for documentation and necessary paperwork related to the supervision of the clinicians and will ensure that his/her supervisees have received all necessary orientation and training. CTSS Clinical Supervisor will monitor compliance with agency policies and procedures. The CTSS Clinical Supervisor will be involved in program development and ensure that positive inter-agency communication is maintained. The CTSS Clinical Supervisor will develop positive relationships with staff members and outside agencies
Qualifications
A CTSS Clinical Supervisor must meet all of the following:
• Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as one of the following:
o psychiatrist, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker
o certified registered nurse practitioner and have a mental health certification
o social worker with a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum
o physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification or clinical social worker
o behavior specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum
o social worker and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum
o professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum
• Master’s degree from an accredited college, university or foreign equivalent in on of the following disciplines: psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, public administration, business administration or related field
• Minimum of one year full-time post-graduate experience in the provision of direct to children, youth or young adults
(College or university accreditation must be by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or be an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, with the provision of a general equivalency report to verify a foreign degree or its equivalency.)

Salary: $60,000
Schedule: Day shift but can go into evening hours dependent on client availability
