Description
SUMMARY:
CUA Provider Liaison is responsible for providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance team of the Community Umbrella Agency. The CUA Provider Liaison reports directly to the CUA Quality Assurance Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance team
- Serve as liaison with provider agencies to provide requested/required client documents
- Serve as liaison with SWAN affiliates to complete file reviews for Child and Family Profiles
- Be familiar with and follow DHS CUA Practice Guidelines as well as any published changes and additions to same.
- Utilize Strengthening Families framework in the performance of duties.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPPA compliance. Ensure that information concerning families is not accessed or disclosed except in the performance of duties.
- Complete all paperwork and other documentation timely and in accordance with the DHS CUA Practice Guidelines.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree.
- Three years administrative experience.
- Strong professional communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, in English.
- Strong organizational skills. Detail oriented.
- Valid, timely Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances that meet all regulatory requirements.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with collaterals and providers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to learn and effectively operate other software packages as needed and required.
