CUA Prevention Supervisor
The CUA Prevention Supervisor must directly lead supportive services within the Intervention team for the CUA. Intervention encompasses intervention, prevention, and support practices for the entire CUA. The position will require working closely with Intervention Director on strategies to effectively provide support to CUA Case Management team and families of the CUA. The Prevention Supervisor will directly supervise the following positions, Visitation Coaches, Aftercare Workers and Youth Advocates. The CUA Prevention Supervisor will execute the duties of a supervisor set forth via Bethanna policy and practices as well as DHS practice guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must have acquired a master’s degree from an accredited University possessing a degree in one of the following disciplines: Social Work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Psychology or related field.
- Must also have proven experience of at least 3 years as a supervisor in a position that matches or is similar to the description for this position.
- Valid, timely Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances that meet all regulatory requirements.
