Bethany Beach Police Department is now accepting applications for Seasonal Front Desk / Administrative Assistant for the 2025 season. Shift work required. Pay rate : $19.00 per hour
Minimum Standards :
Before filing an application, each candidate for the position must meet the following minimum standards :
Citizenship : Each candidate must be a United States citizen.
Age Requirements : Each candidate must be at least 18 years old by date of appointment.
Education : Each candidate must have graduated high school with a certificate of graduation.
Driver's License : Each candidate must have a current valid driver's license and one year of driving experience prior to application. An applicant must not have had a revoked or suspended driver's license within the three-year period prior to application.
Clean Arrest Record : Any candidate who has been convicted of a felony will be disqualified from consideration.
Candidate must be willing to work shift work. Each person hired is trained to perform the job duties.
Duties include (but not limited to) : Using the radio, answering phones, taking complaints, greeting incoming visitors, handling parking issues, using the computer.
