Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children in a safe and engaging environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and before & after school kids while promoting their development through play, education, and structured activities. The Childcare Provider will also ensuring that all children receive the attention and care they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed.
- Foster social skills by encouraging positive interactions among children.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area, ensuring that toys and materials are safe for use.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a safe environment at all times.
Skills
- Experience in preschool or daycare settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles, particularly in infant care, toddler care, and school age students.
- Ability to educate children through engaging activities while promoting their physical, emotional, and social growth.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members.
- Certification in First Aid or CPR is highly desirable but will help get certified.
- A nurturing attitude combined with patience and creativity to foster a positive learning environment for all children.

Pay: $12.80 - $13.25 per hour
