The Quality Assurance and Data Coordinator position will primarily be responsible for ensuring compliance to federal regulations and adherence to Bethany's programs, standards and guidelines. The QA Data Coordinator will be also responsible for executing and reporting on grant outcomes in compliance with each of the afore mentioned entities as it pertains to applicable operational tasks and functions that impact data collection, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), fidelity, in a timely and efficient manner. This individual must be capable of successful collaboration with Bethany stakeholders.

The Quality Assurance and Data Coordinator position will primarily be responsible for ensuring compliance to federal regulations and adherence to Bethany's programs, standards and guidelines. The QA Data Coordinator will be also responsible for executing and reporting on grant outcomes in compliance with each of the afore mentioned entities as it pertains to applicable operational tasks and functions that impact data collection, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), fidelity, in a timely and efficient manner. This individual must be capable of successful collaboration with Bethany stakeholders.
- Provide data, CQI and technical support to staff including but not limited to data entry and clean up, collation of data and performance measures;
- Perform audits and other quality control checks to ensure data and CQI activities are being completed accurately and timely;
- Assist with the design and implementation of interventions and tools to assess and improve program outcomes;
- Use various information management systems and assessment tools to meet essential functions of the position;
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders;
- Track, interpret, analyze and report on performance measured data in qualitative and quantitative forms;
- Predict, develop, and define resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources and time in effective and efficient manner;
- Work collaboratively and effectively with Director of Grants/Program Quality, Program Director, program staff and community partners;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or Social Services fields from an accredited college;
- 1-3 yeas of experience in data collection, analysis and reporting; social service field preferred;
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, required;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects and priorities;
- Work well under pressure and adaptable to change;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to take initiative, handle repetitive tasks, have follow-through and follow instructions where applicable;
- Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage;

- Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
- Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity.
