Compensation : $16 - $18 / hour based on experience

We are : a state-of-the-art
veterinary practice with over 25 years in a still growing community. We have eleven veterinarians, all of the latest medical equipment, a full surgical suite, and clients who are willing to do what it takes to help their beloved furry family members. We were the first Fear Free Certified practice in the state of Oregon, AAHA certified, Certified Cat Friendly Practice, and enjoy helping our employees to learn more, grow more, and do more.
You are : An enthusiastic, energetic, compassionate individual with some years of
veterinary reception or assisting skills under your belt. The ideal candidate will be able to drop into our experienced team without missing a beat, has great communication skills, and isn't afraid to juggle multiple clients at one time. AviMark experience is a major plus!

Job Summary : The Receptionist is the first and last contact that a client will have with the hospital and a key to creating first and lasting impressions. The Receptionist must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, ability to handle payment and financial issues, ability to multi-task, a friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. The Receptionist will support veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants, groomers and kennel staff in daily patient and client care.
