What you’ll do as a Housekeeping/ Linen Associate:
Lead Housekeeping/Linen Associates responsible for ensuring a clean environment for residents and staff and ensuring high quality services and standards of cleanliness, compliance with infection control procedures and the day-to-day activities in the laundry department
- May oversee work of assigned housekeeping/linen team employees
- May assist with the planning and preparation of training and orientation for new team members
- May coordinate team schedules and assign work
- Carries out all cleaning/laundry duties as directed by the Director of Facilities according to required department policies and procedures
- Adheres to infection control policies at all times
