Pay Range: $120,000 to $140.000 per annum DOE

Assistant Director Nursing Services - RN,
In this role, the Assistant Director of Nursing will:
- Provide master planning and ongoing education for staff,
- Orientation of all staff,
- Specific training/orientation for specified nursing group
- NAC training towards certification in accordance with current federal, state and level standards of practice, guidelines and regulations that govern Bethany,
- Infection Control Coordinator to identify, evaluate and classify routine and job-related functions to ensure that tasks in which potential exposure to blood/body fluids are properly identified and recorded.
- Ensure appropriate staff are in serviced to carry out precautions during care.
- Other duties as may be directed by DNS or Administrator, to ensure highest degree of quality care is maintained on all three shifts.
- Support DNS and Administrator in fulfilling quality of care for all residents at Bethany by ensuring all staff are sufficiently oriented and trained in meeting their job descriptions
This will be accomplished by using strong communication and managerial skills to serve as a liaison between various teams. Excellent multitasking skills are needed to communicate patient progress and implement appropriate clinical intervention. Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Valid Washington State RN license required
- 2 years of RN experience required
- 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - required
- 2 years of nursing supervisory experience- highly desired
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and problem solve
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Compassionate and understanding
