Part-time flexible hours - minimum 8 hour shifts
Rate: $22.50 - $27.50 an hour shifts between the hours of 6pm and 6am earn an additional night shift differential of $1.50 an hour

Able to do basic math and to comprehend technical information
Highly developed problem-solving skills and machine aptitude
Ability to stand for entire production shift (12 hours).
Ability to crouch, crawl, lift, pull, reach and endure repetitive motions.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing & physical
The estimated starting pay range for this role is a good faith estimate is based upon Bethany Press' typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
Full-time benefit-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:

- Operate web press to routinely meet or exceed scheduled volume
- Operate the press to consistently produce the highest quality printed product
- Keep waste and spoilage within acceptable levels
- Communicate as necessary to facilitate the goals of the team
- Manage time and duties according to departmental procedures
- Lead the assigned helpers in meeting acceptable levels of quality and productivity
- Follow safety procedures and practices
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA requirements for your work area
- Exposed to noise that requires use of hearing protection.
- Exposed to potential mechanical hazards, which require proper safety procedures.
- Exposed to volatile organic compounds and other chemicals used in the printing process, which require use of personal protective equipment.
