What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Administrator - BSSM ESPANOL (Temporary) position at Bethel Church of Redding?
This role will run, administrate, and help build all things related to BSSM Online. This includes scheduling, overseeing department emails, fielding questions from students, leading a team of administrators, helping build out programs, providing ministry support during class sessions and supporting needs for the department.
How: coordinating all aspects of BSSM Online to those who will experience Jesus and His goodness through technology.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Weekly Hours: 25
Temporary position: Duration - 90 days
Responsibilities:
- Creating and following the BSSM Online timeline of events for students and staff
- General fielding of student and staff questions, reply to all email inquiries, answer phone calls
- Resolve administrative problems and think ahead on how to improve systems
- Managing monthly budget reports, receipts and deposits
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Building and maintaining our online programs
- Delegating tasks to other administrative staff
- Attendance of weekly staff meetings, staff development, and Moore Team Revival Group
- Believes and adheres to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church
- Completion of at least one year of BSSM or equivalent school of ministry training
- Administrative experience either at an assistant or event planning level
- Some level of leadership experience
- Bilingual, Fluent in both Spanish and English.
