The BSSMO First Year Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the administrative and operational aspects of the BSSM Online program. This position is responsible for managing a range of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the first-year program and supporting the BSSMO First Year Director with personal administrative needs. The role involves a blend of general administration, program coordination, and personal assistance.
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: $18-$20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Communication: Handle general inquiries from students and staff, including responding to emails, support forms and phone calls. Provide timely and accurate information to ensure smooth communication.
- Staff Support: Responsible for setting up our Revival Group Pastors and First Year Director for success, so they can excel in their roles.
- Administrative Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, continuously improving processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Financial Management: Manage monthly budget reports, manage receipts and deposits, and ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Program Development: Assist in building and maintaining online programs, including updating course materials and managing program content.
- Team Collaboration: Delegate tasks, collaborate with other BSSM Administrators, attend weekly staff meetings, participate in staff development sessions, and engage in Moore Team Revival Group activities. Work closely with support and systems teams to resolve technical issues, ensure seamless integration of technology, and enhance the overall user experience for students and staff.
- Belief and Alignment: Strong alignment with and adherence to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church.
- Education and Training: Completion of at least one year of BSSM or equivalent school of ministry training.
- Experience: Proven administrative experience, preferably in an assistant or event planning capacity. Some level of leadership experience is desirable.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in administrative and office software.
