What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parent Educator position at Bethesda Family & Community Development Center?
The Parent educator will be under the supervision of the Parent Educator Supervisor but is expected to be a independent worker. They will provide parent education, developmental information, and family support to parents through home visits to promote the healthy development of children from pregnancy to kindergarten.
Bachelors degree in early childhood development, education or social work or related fields is preferred
or 60 hours college credits in related fields, or CDA with a minimum of two years experience working with young children under the age of 5

Pay: $42,000.00 per year
