Milton Hershey School seeks a married couple to provide a family-like environment for students while residing on campus.
Flex houseparents support up to 12 students, administering medication, driving, and budgeting. This unique role requires integrity and commitment from both spouses, with competitive benefits and salary.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
