Job Summary: The Housing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of Bethesda North Pointe. Reporting to the Housing Director, this position is integral to fostering a supportive, engaging, and well-maintained environment for residents, team members, and stakeholders. This position focuses on coordinating tenant relations and operational excellence, encompassing responsibilities such as admissions, service coordination, accounts receivable, and overseeing community enhancements and maintenance in partnership with the Housing Director. Additional duties include supporting housekeeping staff, building and grounds, culinary services and recreation, and ensuring compliance with Minnesota landlord-tenant laws. The Housing Coordinator is also a key contributor to promoting Bethesda North Pointe’s culture and brand by driving participation in company-wide engagement activities that enrich resident experiences and enhance team member fulfillment. This role requires a proactive, collaborative approach, ensuring that organizational goals are achieved while maintaining a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.
Job Relationships:
- Reports to: Director of Bethesda North Pointe
- Interrelationship with: Receptionist/Staffing Coordinator, Culinary Supervisor, Housekeeping Lead, Clinical Nurse Supervisor
- External Contacts: Potential residents and families, Visitors, other health service providers and other servicing agencies
Hours of Work: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Monday through Friday, as well as additional flexibility on an as needed basis.
