Bethlehem Counseling Associates is currently looking to contract with licensed professionals wanting to treat any number of clients per week, that fits within your lifestyle. We currently have opportunities for full and part time contractors!
Due to the number of clients looking for treatment reaching out everyday, we continue to grow with opportunities for new clinicians to join our practice!
Bethlehem Counseling Associates is a premier counseling practice of the Lehigh Valley for over 30 years. We offer individual, child / family, couples counseling and medication management to support the mental health of our clients. We offer a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each client's needs. With about 30 independent contracting therapists, we are able to support the unique interventions a client may be seeking, allowing a clinician to also make referrals to other clinicians as appropriate.
As an independent contracting clinician at BCA, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other professionals in an out-patient private practice setting. We value supporting each other and participating in peer consultation. BCA is also an approved CE provider through the American Psychological Association.
We currently have 11 commercial contracts with insurance providers. You may utilize our amazing administrative staff to help you complete your credentialing, billing, collections, and scheduling. We pride ourselves in being able to support clinicians so that they can focus on providing quality care to their clients.
We understand the demand for in-person therapy and guarantee a full book of clients within weeks of joining our team. As an independent contractor, you can choose to treat clients in-office, hybrid, or using a telehealth platform.

This independent contractor position does not provide medical benefits and you will receive a 1099 at year end.
